Position Overview We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Medical Group Immediate Care Center located at 49 S. Waukegan Road in Deerfield, IL. This is a full-time position and is benefits eligible. Hours will be scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Earlier start times and later end times amy be required. 3-4 weekend shifts per month (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) will be required. Travel to other NorthShore Immediate Care sites will be required.
In this role, you will:
Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants

Current professional Nurse Practitioner Licensure (NP) in the state of IL required
