We are looking for Registered Nurses to work in Kaiser Permanente’s Clinical Call Center in Fairfax, Virginia
As a telephone triage nurse you will use your nursing knowledge and evidence based protocols to triage patient’s health concerns. There is no hands-on interaction with members in this position. You will be responsible for documenting via the Nurse Triage (Epic application) and providing specified diagnostic results to members. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and others as necessary to facilitate care.
We will provide full-time training classes that will run for approximately four weeks, Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Fairfax, Virginia location.

One full year of relevant experience as a RN in a clinical setting within the past year
A BSN is preferred
A current Virginia and Maryland or Multi-State RN license
The ability to pass a basic windows and typing test at interview
Effective interpersonal and communications skills
The ability to pass a standard medication test and a standard medical advice test/Performance Based Developmental Systems (PBDS) test
Bilingual ability preferred
